− Não tem elevador e precisa subir escadas com as malas para acessar o quarto. O café da manhã foi no quarto demandando fazer a escolha dos itens na noite anterior.

− Nos tocó una suite junior (un poco cutre para el precio que tenía nuestra estancia).
Мало уделяется внимание для безопасности пожилых людей и инвалидов.
8.0− В номере и в лобби имеются ступеньки края которых малозаметны. Это очень опасно, особенно для пожилых людей. Мне пришлось наклеить полоски медицинского пластыря, чтобы моя жена уверенно замечала края ступенек. И это не только в этой гостинице, это повсеместно в Венеции. Поинтересуйтесь как это сделано в гостиницах Израиля, как сделаны удобные переходы для пожилых людей и инвалидов. С уважением Александр.
Beautiful hotel - excellent location - wonderful staff!
10.0Beautiful boutique hotel in the BEST location! Rooms are gorgeous, spacious - breakfast was fantastic! We were given the "penthouse" apartment and it was stunning, particularly the rooftop terrace! Highly highly recommend! Staff were wonderful, helpful, pleasant and more than accomodating!
