Beatrice ( property manager? ) was outstanding. She assisted us ro get taxi and to get driver to take is to the airport.
9.0Location is excellent . Very close to Piazza Novona and also Trevi Fountain. In the high-end shopping district.
− It was difficult for our driver to find bc there is no signage. There was a musty smell on the smaller couch under the AC vent ..... maybe due to condensation dripping?

10.0We had the rooftop suite, and the views were spectacular. The sounds of gulls roosting at night were charming. Breakfast in sight of domes and Spanish Steps was incomparable. The staff were so kind. The location was so easy.

10.0Everything! Beautiful terrace room, clean clean clean! Staff was amazing…so many small details; fresh roses, snacks on arrival! Delicious continental breakfast served with linen napkins, silver serving platters etc. Location is ideal! 5 stars in our book! We would never stay anywhere else.

10.0なんと言ってもガーデンテラスからの眺望は素晴らしいです。ほぼ360度のローマの街並みを見ることが出来ます。ここで素敵な食器で朝食が食べれた事な感動です。部屋までエレベーターや螺旋階段と長いですが特別感を感じられホテルが宮殿である事の豪華さにも感動します。スタッフの対応も最高でした。フロントが無いことの不便も特に有りませんでした。
