− Pouca variedade no cardápio de almoço e janta !! Algumas vezes por excesso de pessoas éramos deslocados pra outro restaurante e não havia reposição de alguns pratos ou sobremesa!!
Estadia difícil.
6.0Área das quadras e parquinho externo muito bonito e agradável. Brinquedos novos e bem cuidados. No estacionamento do hotel existem 3 carregadores de carro, porém apenas 1 estava funcionando e o mesmo carro ficou estacionado nele durante toda a nossa estadia. Parte da equipe do hotel foi muito solicita e agradável.
− Os quartos são antigos, ar-condicionado bem antigo e barulhento, área das piscinas com movelaria antiga e pesada, sem condições de movimentar caso necessário. Equipe da recepção arrogante e de difícil comunicação, parecia que não estavam lá para atender e ajudar os hóspedes. O hotel tem muitas regras e deixa a estadia rígida, se quebrar uma regrar existem diversas multas (ex: não pode levar a toalha da piscina para o quarto, se não devolver na piscina é cobrada uma taxa de R$150,00, outra regra, apesar de ter uma filha de 04 anos tive que pedir autorização para poder utilizar a copinha do bebê).

− Apenas me decepcionei com a banheira do quarto. Para mim,como idosa, não tinha a segurança e acessibilidade para usá-la, diferente do restante do Resort que é impecável. 🥰

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
