Unfortunately, there was almost nothing we liked about this property. The location also felt unsafe, and we were worried throughout the night that someone might break into or damage our car.

− This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We specifically booked an ADA Accessible Room because we needed the layout and features that this room type offers. We booked it specifically for the spacious walk-in shower without a bathtub or high step, as well as the different layout and more convenient accessibility. Instead, we were given a completely different standard room with a bathtub, a different shower, and a completely different layout. The room was dirty, the plumbing was clogged, and even basic amenities were missing. When we returned to the front desk and asked to be moved to the room we had actually booked and paid for, the staff refused. They told us that no ADA Accessible Rooms were available and even claimed that this room type did not exist at the hotel, despite the fact that we had successfully booked it through their website. The most unacceptable part was that a staff member sent a security guard into our room to take photographs while we were away. Our personal belongings were inside, and we never gave anyone permission to enter our room in our absence. This was a serious violation of our privacy. Because of this situation, we spent half the night arguing with the front desk instead of resting. We only managed to sleep a few hours in a room that was much worse than the one we had booked. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the issue. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, and we were genuinely concerned that our car might be broken into overnight. We paid for a specific room type but were given an inferior room that did not match our reservation. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and we are requesting a full refund because the hotel failed to provide the accommodation we booked and paid for.
