10.0Everything about this hotel was amazing! The property is very clean, the food is delicious with a great variety, and the atmosphere is relaxing. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. From the reception team, especially Romario and Justina, to the animation team and every single employee, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back again.

− I was disappointed by the inconsistent service throughout the hotel. The food and beverage service was particularly confusing, with little guidance about where or when meals and snacks were available outside the main restaurant hours. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, I was left without food for several hours. Even when I offered to pay for something to eat, no food was available. I had to wait until the main restaurant opened for dinner before I could have a meal. This was very frustrating and did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive stay.

Dress Code: Our Restaurants apply a “Smart Casual” dress code during dinner. No Shorts, Slippers or other beach wear are allowed.
