10.0The ladies at the Bar are so friendly and professional as well as the front desk. Had the opportunity to talk to the bartender Ava. She was a big part of the enjoyment we had at the hotel. She really represented the hotel well!!

8.0The staff is incredible, and the facilities are amazing. Ava, our bartender, was very personable and friendly and did a great job hosting and serving the night we arrived for the RBI SOUTHWEST REGIONAL TOURNAMENT. My only criticism is that the rooms had a strong mildew smell, and there was no clear option or solution available to alleviate the problem.

10.0Great place. The bartender Ava made our stay. She was so friendly and accomodating. Makes the absolute best drinks ever. She was awesome. I would stay here again just to see her.

10.0iThis might be the best experience I've had with this brand yet. The service truly distinguished this visit from others. Specifically, Ava and Nicole excelled at making me feel comfortable and welcomed, and the front desk staff was consistently helpful, even with minor issues. I will choose this place for my stays whenever I visit town, whether for work or leisure.
