8.0Staff is very friendly and attentive. Helped with luggage, offered a new room because the one we checked in was damaged. Gave us free water when we called for room service. Would recommend, also stroller friendly

10.0The hotel was nice. The room is very cozy and clean. Starbucks outside the hotel. Location of hotel is very convenient with everything. Gwangjang market is literally across the street. Convenience store around the hotel. Will stay here again.

10.0Room was always nice and cool, the area surrounding is very convenient and nice, walkable to nice areas, less than a 10-20 minute walk from two different palaces and the food mart nearby is a life saver and such a fun place to eat.

2.0The location was good, but the smell of cigarettes was so strong that I changed floors and rooms, but the smell persisted. I ended up changing hotels and even had to get a refund. And since there was no laundry machine in the hotel, I had to walk for about 10 minutes carrying my dirty laundry.
