7.0Characterful B&B in a great location in York. Friendly and considerate owners. Lovely breakfast served in the mornings.
− The room was extremely hot, but we were there during an extreme summer. The beds need updating.

5.0The bed was comfy and it wasn't far from the city centre.
− On arrival the sign outside was obscured by overgrown trees. The breakfast was good apart from the hard bacon and undercooked toast. Unfortunately Spiros takes every question as a criticism which spoilt our stay at Sycamore House. We will not return..
