− THE POOL AND HOT TUB ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Yes, there is a pool and hot tub, but they are not functional; and haven't been since the pumphouse burnt down in '21. They do not advertise the pool is out of service, in fact quite the opposite. ice machines busted up and left in the laundry room (not functional). Crackheads car camping in the back of the lot. The place would be booked out if the pictures were accurate. that's all. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND PRICING!

3.0Nothing except the room was clean. Advertised as having a pool and hot tub which were both closed down. Reserved a non smoking room but got put in smoking one. NO ICE! Ice machine was broken with no alternate accommodation. The only compensation offered was to leave and get a full refund. It was 6 pm in the evening.
