Clean motel with far nicer pictures online.
5.0The room was clean. It was in a convenient enough location for town and other beaches. Front desk person was nice.
− Balcony was advertised but that was misleading. Neighboring room used chairs in front of our room to smoke cigarettes all night- it was very loud and smelly. AC worked to drown out noise but turned off/on all night.

8.0location. staff was friendly & a good place to stay during summer months.
− It would be nice if the motel made morning coffee - but, since there were many good breakfast options in the area, that is a small quibble.
I will not be back.
3.0Location is close to the center of Ogunquit.
− I see a lot of delayed maintenance… the cement around the pool is deteriorating, gate around pool does not lock, weeds growing out of the planters by the pool. Umbrella broken by pool furniture. Rooms are not considered non-smoking. They used a plug in air freshener to try to hide the smell. You need to be able to walk up 2-3 flights of stairs to get to your room. Not conducive to handicapped individuals or older guests. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. For the price, I would stay elsewhere. I booked 2 weekend nights, but left early after the first night.
I would not stay here again, although it was cheaper than other motels.
4.0Close to trolley stop and we were able to walk to breakfast.
− First of all there was NO sea view. The towels were faded and old. Same with sheets. Pool umbrellas were broken. They kept blowing over into the pool. Pool chairs were hard to get out of. Floors were very dirty in our room. Gunk on shower handles and gross!
