8.0The property is nice and modern looking. Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. No sheet between the guest and itchy blanket. Overall good choice for the budget traveler.

A day without breakfast
10.0The room experience is good. Though breakfast cannot be packed and take out let say we need to leave the hotel early and decided to takeout the food. I hope this can be consider.
