− La mala mantención del lugar, ruidos de construcción bajo nuestra habitación desde temprano, mala limpieza en el baño y en la habitación, el colchón muy viejo y manchado, las sábanas no eran del tamaño de la cama por ende quedaban más chicas.

− Internet cai bastante e as instalações do quarto. Tinha um ventilador de teto muito empoeirado, paredes com tintas descascadas, o chuveiro era um cano com água caindo e o ralo tinha um buraco no rejunte que parecia que ia cair a qualquer momento.
