6.0THE CAFE AREA WAS GOOD AND THE POSITION IS PERFECT CLISE TO THE BEACH THE ACCOMMODATION NOT VERY GOOD THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WILL DO RENOVATION AS FROM THE END OF OCTOBER THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL

10.0Room was clean except there was a decent amount of dust build up on the P trap under the sink. Room was a little out dated but no issues with that especially to the cheap price. shower pressure was nice. Beds were very comfortable. lots of cafes and a BWS close by. Would definitely stay again.

8.0The room was smaller than expected and the outside staircase access was filthy with smokers' rubbish and was very smelly. But the bed was amazingly comfortable
