Location to the beach

− It wasn’t the apartment we originally booked, but we were given an “upgrade” that unfortunately came with several issues. The air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn’t turn off, and the balcony door had no handle — we had to knock on the window to get back inside. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment 502 was poorly maintained. The outdoor table was in such bad condition that dining outside wasn’t an option, and the flat itself felt quite soulless — just two pictures on bare white walls. We booked 2beds 2baths but they checked us into apt with just one bath then we ended up with 502.

Comfortable condo definitely coming back for longer stay. Grate location

Location is okay, however, a new building is being built immediately next to this one, so you’re essentially in the middle of a construction side.

− We had to wait for 5 hours to be accommodated, an although we agreed to check in at 2, the apartment was only ready at 3:30. I was with my 10 months old daughter and a 4 years old who had to stay in the construction side for hours in the middle of the heat. Highly unprofessional and unethical. The apartment is rundown and nothing functions as it should. The terrace upstairs is completely broken and there isn’t a single chair that you could sit on.

Отличное месторасположение рядом с лучшими пляжами Сурин и Банг Тао. Напротив магазин. Рядом ресторан тайской кухни. Просторные апартаменты на 5-м этаже, лифт работает. Терраса с отличным видом.

− Стиральную машину бы в номер. В душе непонятная система регулировки температуры воды, надо бы поменять на что-то простое.

− It is tired and dirty the stool in bedroom stained and full of hair. No pillow protector so they were smelly

Spacious and clean apartment with a great view. Big roof terrace with stunning views.

− There was a very strong smell of cleaning products probably masking some dampness from a recent storm. Would have been better to air the apartment out for a couple of hours before allowing guests into it. We were just staying for one night, even if we had booked a longer stayI don't think we would have stayed any longer as the smell was overpowering. There were weeds growing on the wall of the balcony, the table on the balcony needs to be replaced. The beds were rock hard and the air con in the back bedroom did not seem to be working and there was just one fan in the apartment. Roof terrace lacks privacy, didn't matter in our case as there was nobody in the other penthouse apartments. The apartment and roof terrace could be better decorated, it's a bit shabby and tired looking. The electricity is not included in the price and you need to pay a cash deposit upfront. The fact that the electricity is not included is noted on the reservation so was expected but the apartment really is not great value for money so would be better if the electricity was included.
