10.0男性1名で予約しました。 フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで到着するため、アクセス面で予約した点が大きかったです。 チェックインや一通りの説明は簡潔で丁寧に案内してくれます。 日本と異なりタオルの備え付けがないことには注意が必要です。 シーツや枕などは清潔でした。 ただ駅前は治安がいいとは言えず、夜9時近くになると浮浪者や繁華街に向かう人などで人通りが多い印象です。 たかを括って晩ご飯を買いに行ったところ駅前広場で目線が合った人に威嚇され、構内まで付き纏われました。

8.0Had a glitch with an online payment, and was accidentally over-charged. The manager was quick to look into it, and fixed it before I checked out in the morning. Excellent customer service ! Thanks to all for the good stay.

8.0The hostel has very good facilities and amenities, the staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant with very reasonable prices, and the rooms are clean. Despite being conveniently located near the train and bus station, the surrounding area is noisy, with many brothels and drug use, although it's not dangerous.
