A very uncomfortable stay experience.
2.0Location is perfect Centre of the city and easy to reach and the staff to is friendly.
− Facility is poor, no elevator, The stairs are very small and difficult to climb while carrying a suitcase, We had to put on our own sheets and pillowcases and unpack them ourselves. we need to pay for the towel, I was very disappointed with our room selection. I chose a special female dorm because there were four of us. The hostel should have given us a room specifically for four people instead of blending us in with other people, it really bothers us and bothers others too, because we definitely make a bit of noise, which is very unpleasant for others & for us too. We stayed at the hostel because we had a dance performance. Obviously, we needed more communication with the other dancers and needed space to move around for a bit of practice and preparation Make up and others things, to do all we even must do at lobby area with all passing guest so annoying, we are disturbed and we felt uncomfortable just because of the hostel's mistake of not being able to arrange a better room for the guests. We had a reservation for two nights, but one other person and I opted to leave the hostel and only stay one night. Very disappointed. This is my first and last experience choosing a hostel like this, it would be better to choose a hotel to stay in if you stay for two or more the price is almost the same.
