9.0Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Citrus Waskaduwa. The front office team and the rest of the hotel staff were courteous, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience enjoyable. The hotel offered a comfortable stay with good service from the rest of the team.
− One area that needs improvement is the service provided by the pool guards. We felt they were selective in how they treated guests and appeared to be more attentive and accommodating towards foreign tourists than local guests. We hope the management will address this and ensure all guests receive the same level of service and hospitality, regardless of their nationality.
The staff were excellent and special thanks go to Kapila, Srinath and Lakdinu, who made our stay truly memorable.
10.0Location, Bar staffs, Pool.
− There was no flexibility with the all-inclusive package. Although we had booked the all-inclusive option, the management team refused to provide my wife with a mocktail, which was very disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience.

10.0We had such a lovely time at Citrus Waskaduwa. The hotel staff was very warm, attentive and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We were very impressed with Sri Lankan hospitality and food. The entire staff ensured our stay was a memorable one. The pool was super fun and having access to the beach was so cool so that we could watch the sunset. I highly recommend this resort to families visiting this area.
