− A little bit dowdy in some areas e.g. dining room resembled a hostel area. Outside grounds a bit overgrown.

10.0A perfect location to be away from a busy touristy area, fresh clean air, was able to attend a church service. The location is not too far from where the Dublin Express pick-up point.
