4.0We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away.

8.0Bedroom very clean. Bed comfortable. Restaurant very good - liked the food a lot. Staff very friendly and helpful - they deal with your requests promptly - they book transport for you. AC dripped water occasionally. Hot water not always available.

2.0overall terrible experince.we were offered a cheap room without AC.even fan was not working.they have hidden tv remote.which i requested several times they did not care to give another room.worst hotel room o stayed in my life ever.such a cheap staff.we only stayed 1 hour in the room.when we check in an out we had to wait aroud half an hour at reception.bullshit
