10.0Das ist war sehr sauber und vollkommen den Erwartungen gerecht.
− Ich habe drei Stunden mit dem Fernseher versucht gehabt einen Film oder TV zu schauen leider ohne Erfolg. Dann habe ich mir einen Film über mein Tablet angeschaut. Das Internet hatte auch öfters Störung. Sonnst war alles im ganzen okay

1.0− Помешкання знаходиться у екологічній зоні Берліна. Щоб туди заїхати машиною чи паркуватися потрібна спеціальна наклейка, яку можна отримати пройшовши техогляд. Про це нічого не сказано на букінгу і помешкання про це не повідомляє. Ми дізналися, коли уже були неподалік і це було вночі, тож пройти процедуру з отримання дозволу було неможливо. Помешкання відмовилося скасувати бронювання безкоштовно і заявили спочатку, що нічого про ці правила не знають, а коли я надіслала підтвердження зі ссилкою на закон про екологічні зони, то повідомили, що цьому закону вже багато років і я мала про це знати. Тож 90 % суми мені не повернули і ніякого рішення не запропонували.
