Great location right next to the beach. Nice large comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen. Good restaurant on site (Yachtsman Grill).

− The aircon didn't work in the lounge area of our apartment. We twice asked for someone to fix it, but nothing happened either time so it was broken for the whole of our 5 day stay and we had a very hot lounge. The aircon worked OK in the bedroom. Some of the fixtures look a bit worn and in need of maintenance / repair - wobbly taps, the handle fell off one of the taps, some of the blinds didn't work (wouldn't open/close).

I’ve stayed here for my family and stayed here over 15 times. I find it to be the nicest place on Nevis. I would never stay in any place else.

Spacious condo. Kind check in staff. Always available to help arrange taxis. Restaurant on property. Offers breakfast, dinner. Great water pressure after being in pool and ocean. Beautiful landscape. Easy to get anywhere on the island. 5 minutes to water taxi.

− Beach wasn't clear like most of the Caribbean. If you walked down a bit it got clear again. Just a bad spot. Pool was different. Very shallow then deep, hard for kids. It is a dark color but was clean!

Great location, nice beach, extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious with nice kitchen. Very clean. Convenient to have a restaurant on site and a few more walking distance.

− Poor workmanship: balcony door was hard to open, dishwasher was loose. Pickleball court baseline is about 1 ft from wall and bushes, so cannot play a proper game. Groups from cruises often came to the beach occupying most beach chairs.

You really need a car. Both to see the island properly and try some great restaurants which are not in walking distance.

Location was great, wonderful beach, helpful and friendly staff. The Yachtsman Grill, while not part of the hotel, was great and staff there were exceptional.

− The pool was disappointing. As a result we only swam in the sea, but this was no hardship as sea and beach were excellent. TV was a bit challenging until you got used to the slow internet speed.

Dont bother, plenty of other hotels on the gorgeous beaches of the island.

The beach was beautiful and the apartment comfortable

− Shower heads were thick black mould, room did not lock securely, housekeeping dumped all cleaning gear on patio 2 hours before check out so it could not.be used in a relaxing manor. No food or drink available on site while we stayed as the restaurant/ bar was being refurbished. Reception were not open to complaint when spoken to and turned to address another guest in the middle of conversation. Hotel did not respond to booking.com when they highlighted my concerns afterwards. Appears Hotel does not care about their customers.
