You get what you pay for. Which is fine, but the place could do with a little bit of love. There isn't even a kettle or cups in the room. No decoration at all. It is incredibly noisy due to all the construction around the area. The room is big and spacious and the ac works. That is pretty much the only positives I can think of.

The bed was uncomfortable. A queen bed on a double frame. The air conditioner wouldn’t go on in the bedroom and wouldn’t go off in the kitchen. The kitchen was minimally equipped. The road to get there was about 4 blocks of unpaved rutted roads. The photographer was very very good. However, the people working here were very helpful, friendly and nice. And this location was by the beach.

Doors in rooms did not feel secure Poor lighting Long deserted - feeling walk from centro No drinking water available after 5 on site No desk staff after 10:30 Room was clean but I felt very isolated and ended up staying with friends

A time worn property, but well cared for. Much construction in area, and i heard this property will be shut in the spring to make way for more luxury condos or higher end accommodations. Sad to lose a modest option on this beautiful beach.

For what I paid for it was it was OK the noise from the highway in the morning and the construction next-door kinda wakes you up in the morning other than that it was fine

Good and bad things: the view of the sea was a bit good, it had good space to rest, the space was very good, we had two rooms and two bathrooms like an apartment, the air conditioning did cool but it smelled very bad and humid, I think they don't give it service and the mattresses are the worst we have slept on, I think they are the same ones from when they built the rooms. My unit was # 222
