5.0− The hotel room had lizards. We booked a chalet category room and found 2 lizards inside. The staff was courteous to change our room (lower category since it was fully booked). The new room was not well kept. The furniture was broken and it was not super clean as well. And again there was a lizard in that room as well. To our surprise they dont have any information or contacts for the safari. Being a 5-star hotel, we expected top notch experience but was not fully happy with it.
Though a well located property but you can find many better options for the price and experience,
5.0The Room size was OK and in room Jacuzzi was great.. The Room View was great and swimming pool and gym where a great.
− Had requested Honeymoon Decor for the room which was approved a month in advance but no Honeymoon decor was done.. Room had no Irons or charging ports. The Washroom had ants. Plus the with a checkout time of 12:00 noon listed, the bell boys and reception start tormenting you again and again asking to check the baggage out as early as 11:30 am

10.0Accommodation was perfect and our doors opened to the pool. Bar was really good and the team in there were fabulous. The food at this hotel is particularly good for a buffet type restaurant.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was also fantastic and added a lot to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to visit again.
