Such a nice place
10.0Alex was amazing at check in! We got there pretty late & made it smooth and easy.
Great weekend to relax
9.0Parking was good. We liked the close proximity to the public train. We also enjoyed going over to Redondo beach.
− Our first room had a wet carpet, so we had to switch rooms.
Ok not great
6.0We were given a handicap room for some reason. The bathroom didn’t have a vent and the door wouldn’t stay open to circulate the air. The toilet also clogged on the second night from normal use. Other than that, the experience and location was good.

− No maid service, no bellman, staff mostly indifferent, acted like it was an inconvenience to answer questions EXCEPT wait staff in breakfast area. They were nice. Price was very high for mid experience. Curtains didn't close... homeless people wiping window on other side to peer in apparently.

− The bed was a bit loud when tossing and turning in sleep and the shower door wouldn't close all the way so the water is leak outside of the shower.
