5.0We liked the location, the fact it had a parking near by, it was clean and the owner's cakes were excellent.
− Firstly, the rooms could use some improvement or fixing. Second, we are a family of 4 (children 2 and 5) and we are travelling quite a bit, every year we are on the road for at least 4 months and we have stayed in different hotels, airbnbs, guesthouses etc. We really try to be mindful of other guests, sometimes even too much. In the morning are kids are full of energy (as they should be) but we have explained to them that other guests are sleeping. They try, however they are kids and cannot be mindful of others 100%. We felt very unpleasant when the owner knocked on our door to quiet the kids, and was quite passive agressive when we stated the same guests were pretty loud the evening before. At breakfast he did not make a better impression. So we tried to be really quiet, didn't want to come back to our room for the whole day and were basically waiting to leave. So we would not return again. Thirdly, the breakfast was semi good, although the cakes were excellent.

10.0Daniel is the best cook, breakfast was the best we ever had! Room was hude and comfortable, teracce was really nice. Parking and check in was really easy. Daniel was available all the time and relly helpfull. Location is great, really near Lucca old town.

9.0Breakfast was fantastic , Daniel answered any questions we had about what to see and do. Great location. Only short bus trip to the walls of Lucca.
− Room a bit small, but I notice that it is everywhere in Italy..
