6.0Air was fine. Pool was empty and unusable. Walkways were dirty. Furniture in room need to be updated. Staff including maids were cordial and friendly.

2.0There were roaches, the staff was very rude. There were 2 roaches on the counter top. Place was smelly as the air was turn off. It looked like they were dointg remodeling and left some unfinished work and still rent it out. It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm. I was trying to CA. But the rude cashier said i can but i was already charged by Expedia. Very very discussed.
Not the worst but not what i thought
4.0It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in at around 4 pm. The pool is not accessible. They do not have a breakfast available. They told me that the guy quite that morning but when i asked some of the guest that stay longer they stated that there has not been a breakfast available. Loud. People are here long term and are loud and drinking outside. Only enough towles for one person even though we had a double bed. Fridge and microwave did work. Stairs are broken so be careful.
