8.0The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.

8.0We had a really good time at The Place. Great location on the beach. The beach-front cabins are the best. Food and service was good. Need wider breakfast options, including local food. Beach was really nice to swim in.

Disappointing Service and Cleanliness
6.0First we were escorted to a room, but then 5 min later they came to tell us this was not our room. We waited 20min for them to finally direct us to the next room. The room did not appear cleaned, the bed sheets had stains, there was no towels or robes in the room like described. When we asked for the towels, we waited 30min but eventually had to walk to the receptions desk and wait for them to bring the towels. The place has some very beautiful views but the service really disappointed me along with the overall cleanliness.
