10.0I did not know what to expect when I booked this Hotel. But upon my arrival I felt like I had done the right thing. The check in was so perfect. I was made to feel so welcome. The room was amazing with a stunning view. I loved walking around the area trying to decide what to eat. I had only passed through Castlegar once in the past, and this was my first overnight stay, but after being there I have already started making plans for my return, and the next time I will definately be staying longer.

6.0It’s a case of you get what you pay for. It’s an older property and definitely showing its’ age. We loved the area and the downtown is trying to make a revival. The sculpture walk was fun and the museum was great. It was relatively clean, it had working AC, the shower/water pressure was good, the bed was fine and everything worked and we had a self serve continental breakfast. The property definitely has some quirks but we liked it. It has the potential to be a wonderful rejuvenated property. I hope it can get there!
