I am excited for Parkers Prairie to have this hotel up and running.

− The hot tub water was not hot but due to a power outage - not the management.
Well taken care of.
10.0There were some technical problems with my check-in and Brooklyn and Mike really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. It’s when things get a little rocky that great customer service really shines. Very much appreciated!

5.0− Staff was not courteous, was on phone while I was checking in. Slid keys across to me, mumbled information. He's been there for a long time and every year is not nice.

1.0The convenience of having the wedding reception connected to the hotel.
− Terrible customer service. The bedding was dirty. There were blood stains on the comforter 🤢. No Kleenex and one roll of toilet paper. I would not recommend this place to anyone you don’t care about where you sleep. I’d be afraid of bed bugs at this place.
