This is a fantastic hotel one of the top 5 we have ever stayed in and we have been lucky to stay in some great places. Firstly the staff are so attentive and pleasant we had a hill view room as everything else was sold out but it was very good modern exceptional clean and large. The hotel grounds are beautiful and are designed to bring the building into nature the beach and pool area are again exceptional with fantastic service around the pool. Breakfast was amazing so much choice location is good 5 mins in a taxi to long beach centre and lots of places within easy walking distance would highly recommend and we hope to return

Our 5th visit to the Salinda and once again it was very impressive. The hotel is so well presented with beautiful gardens and pool area leading to the beach. The room (Garden View) is of good size, well equipped and very well presented. The breakfast continues to be special and the best we have ever had. The other onsite speciality restaurants are superb too. Finally and our favourite part of the stay is the incredible ambience created by the friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

Amazing vacation

Our friends, who visited six years ago, recommended Salinda Resort to us. We weren't sure what to expect; many times we’ve experienced places with perfect photos only for the reality to be a disappointment. In the case of Salinda Resort, it was quite the opposite. The surroundings, the hotel, and the rooms are actually even more beautiful in person. The hotel is extremely clean and smells wonderful—the carpets in the hallways really add to the sense of luxury. The exterior is essentially one big botanical garden. No matter where you go (the gym, restaurant, or beach), you walk through lush greenery. It looks stunning. The breakfast was world-class, offering almost everything you could imagine. Even the coffee was delicious. The staff throughout the resort were very kind, helpful, and professional without being intrusive. Each of us has traveled extensively around the world, and we all consider Salinda Resort to be one of the best.

Simply the Best!

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. The reception had a beautiful floral display, you arrived to a refreshing shot collection of welcome drinks and fine dessert collection in the bedroom. The room was spacious. No great view though for us. The food is out of this world, with a range of cuisine on offer. The best dessert is their Lava chocolate cake in the Vietnamese restaurant, its a chocolate fondant and simply oozes out gorgeous chocolate. The soft sandy beach is exclusive to the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers for guests. All the staff are full of smiles, helpful and friendly. The pianist performing at breakfast really set the tone. There's nothing not to like here. We were so sad to leave. The island is going through huge development, lots of rubbish around, just hope they dont over develop and manage their waste better.

An unforgettable wedding experience at Salinda

Having our wedding at Salinda Resort was one of the best decisions of our lives. On 29 January, we celebrated our wedding there with 27 guests, and it was truly the most magical, seamless and joy-filled experience we could have imagined. From the very beginning, the team made us feel completely supported, and on the day itself everything felt effortless. The Salinda team are simply exceptional at what they do. The beach ceremony setting was breathtaking. The aisle of white flowers and greenery against the ocean backdrop was stunning, and as I walked down the aisle I remember thinking I could not have dreamed this up better myself. The decorations, the timing, the atmosphere, every detail was handled with such care. The reception in the Mango Garden was equally beautiful. The lighting, the layout, the ambience, it all felt romantic yet relaxed. Our six course dinner was outstanding and guests are still talking about the quality of the food. Drinks flowed all evening, the band was absolutely amazing and they created such a fun and happy energy, and the entire night ran smoothly without a single issue. We were able to be fully present and just enjoy every second. What truly sets Salinda apart is the people. Planning a wedding from Australia could have been stressful, but David made the entire experience feel easy and exciting. He listened carefully to everything I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions and executed our vision with precision and heart. His responsiveness, patience and genuine enthusiasm gave me complete confidence from day one. Mr Jeevan and Mr Hung Le were also present during our celebrations, personally ensuring everything ran perfectly. Their leadership and attention to detail are reflected in every member of staff. The warmth and kindness shown not only to us but to our families and friends made a lasting impression. Beyond the wedding itself, our week-long stay in the Pear Suite Villa was unforgettable. The villa is spacious and luxurious, with a stunning bathroom, a huge comfortable bed and private garden areas with ocean views. The pillow and incense menus, twice daily housekeeping and thoughtful daily treats like local snacks and tea made it feel incredibly special. Returning to our room on our wedding night to find rose petals, balloons and our bath prepared was such a magical touch. The breakfast buffet is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever experienced. The variety is incredible and the team caters beautifully to all dietary requirements. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were. Cyan Bar and the staff there was another highlight during our stay. We had many dinners there and the staff are absolutely incredible and so kind. Another highlight was the private karaoke room David arranged for us before the wedding which helped our guests bond and set the tone for the celebrations. When there were minor hiccups, they were handled quickly and professionally. Nothing ever felt like a problem. Salinda does not just provide a venue. They create an experience. They listen, they care and they execute every detail with genuine pride and warmth. We left feeling grateful, emotional and already talking about when we can return. I would recommend Salinda to any couple considering a destination wedding, or to anyone looking for a truly exceptional resort experience.
