Lovely, comfortable apartment close to Horseshoe Bay
8.0Great spacious apartment. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was lovely with a snoring hubby !! Very comfortable and it was nice to be able to do our washing with an internal laundry.
− Lounge was grubby as was the kitchen blind.
Don't be fooled by the photos
2.0We loved the location and proximity to the sea.
− We hired the standard 2 bedroom and it was nothing like portrayed in the pictures. It was extremely substandard with a 60s style bathroom and apartment style. This was not a 4 star experience and not worth the 314 AUD that we were charged per night. With peeling walls, holes in walls and a closet and very old appliances in the kitchen, none of this was visible on the website photos. The fan settings were not working properly in the main bedroom and thexexhaust fan over the stove was not working. This place had a very depressing feel and we requested to vacate early. The manager was good enough to grant us an early checkout and refund for the remaining of our stay,, but was unapologetic over the state of the apartment and defended the photos posted on booking.com. We add photos of some areas of the apartment for transparency for anyone who wants to stay. We will not be back. A very poor experience. Luckily it was the only poor experience after staying at 10 other apartments on our dream holiday.

− Apartamento del terror, la habitación olía a viejo y había telas de araña en las esquinas y bichos. Fatal a las 4 de la mañana nos fuimos ya que no éramos capaces de dormir. El baño tenía una ventana exterior que no tenía ni cortina ni nada.

− Tighter carport for larger vehicles especially if another vehicle is in the next bay.
We stayed in two rooms with our four grandchildren and everyone was happy 😃
9.0Close to parks and beach
A pleasant relaxed stay in a good quiet location, clean and tidy apartment.
7.0Short walk to the beach, clean apartment, loved the pool, good water pressure in shower. A nice, quiet and relaxed motel complex.
− Beds were a tough sleep, very firm. No bbq utensils available to use. Wooden desk chair broke while in use causing injuries.
