1.0The male receptionist was not kind to me. When I was there to pick my key he looked at me very badly like why am I there in the hotel ??. I am a person of colour and he was so pissed to see me there, he could not hide it anymore until I had to ask him if everything was alright

− Das Zimmer war ok, leider war der Teppich verschmutzt, was das Zimmer doch abgewertet hat. Das Bett quietscht leider beim wenden.
