8.0The people at the reception desk were present when we arrived, and we were easily able to get out keys from them. The area is very family friendly, and there are lots of great food options around, including a well stocked supermarket and upscale and reasonably priced restaurants.
− Public transport isn't really an option here. We had to take somewhat expensive taxis to almost all of our destinations.

6.0Location was good, next to the beach. It was cheap
− You get what you pay for. The beds were really uncomfortable, especially the sofa couches in the living room. The room was outdated. I recommend spending the small extra for the room with aircon.

− Kitchen was a little hard to work around . We used it all week and would have liked a frying pan / wok to cook in . We did ask for a toaster and they got us some me thankfully .

− El trato de la camarera del restaurante fue pessimo. Habia una cucaracha en la habitación. Las limpiadoras entraban en la habitacion sin pedir permiso.
