A great choice for water sports enthusiasts

The location is excellent for water sports, with several schools nearby offering windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, and other activities. The coastline has consistently good windy conditions, making it an ideal destination for these sports. Having a rental car is recommended. Public transport is available but less convenient, and the hotel offers plenty of parking spaces. The air conditioning was outstanding. We stayed in a two-room suite, and both rooms had their own AC output, which kept the entire suite comfortably cool even during very hot weather. This is something many hotels don't get right. The pools are well maintained and enjoyable. Although there is no direct access to an official beach, it is still possible to swim in the sea right next to the hotel, and the water is beautiful. There are also many excellent restaurants within a short drive in both Alcúdia and Port de Pollença.

− The biggest downside was the sunbed situation. Although the hotel has a policy against reserving sunbeds with towels, it is not enforced. At around 9:00 a.m., I counted roughly 70 sunbeds already "reserved" with towels while only three people were actually at the pool, making it difficult for other guests to find a place. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a reasonable variety, although it was exactly the same every day. The dinner buffet was disappointing, with below-average food quality and a limited selection. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing process was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of combining charges, the hotel processed multiple separate transactions for the tourist tax, meal plan, bar deposit, towel deposit, and even a deposit for borrowing ping-pong equipment. It felt inconvenient and unnecessarily cumbersome.

Lots of parking, fun evening activities, and a great staff! Breakfast is nice. If you want a hotel where you can spend your whole vacation just hanging out on the property (I don’t know why would you do that, having the beautiful, warm sea right next door), this is the place for you.

− Unfortunately, the noise in the evenings was quite disruptive. I understand it's a family-oriented hotel, but loud music until 11 PM feels like a bit much. It would be better to utilize the great, spacious bar area for guests who wish to stay up late. The sound insulation is also an issue—we could loudly hear the plumbing whenever neighbors showered or flushed their toilets.
