8.0Personnel accueillant, hôtel propre et bel hôtel.
Not a bad place to stay but beware the payment pitfall !!
8.0The staff were helpful and friendly. Location quite good as a short walking diatance to a tram stop and the cable car. It's not too far a walk into the centre of town either!
− Confusion with booking through Booking.com and what I paid. If you book though Booking.com you need to use a credit card which means you are charged at the bank rate. However this means that you will be charged the bank rate and not the the parallel market rate so almost double what you are quoted. If you therefore insist on paying cash the hotel rack rate is considerably more that the Booking.com rack rate. Something to be aware of i.e. pay cash but the rate will be higher than what Booking.com advertise at!

− If I had to criticise anything the breakfast was only okay, the coffee was ridiculously strong. You only needed a sniff to wake you up 😁

− No me permitieron pagar en efectivo al precio acordado por booking, según ellos porque dejaron de trabajar con booking. Pude cancelar las reservas, salvo una. El pago en efectivo, en este país, es mucho más favorable.
