6.0Great location. Close to excellent restaurants and a nice market and within walking distance of colosseum/trevi/vatican. It felt secure with a locked front door, locked door on each level, and good surveillance cameras. Also, the rooms were quiet, hallways very clean.
− The air conditioning did not get cold which was an issue since we were there when it was summer. It was cooler than outside but not cool by any means. This was the case in both of the two rooms my family had booked. It was mentioned to the front desk after the first night but not fixed. Also, the bathroom smelled of sewer smells.
Hotel Primavera served a need a had for a two night stay in Rome between travel points in Europe.
