2.0WORST five star hotel ever (I’ve never left a negative review and have to leave one for this hotel) Dirty room( hair on the toilet, dust on lamps, squeaky shower), terrible service(no cancellations, no room change), and absolute UNSAFE. Super noisy(you can hear the entire streets honking day and night) First night at 2am, someone tried to push our door open. Second night around 3:30am someone knocked and tried again. My mom and I were terrified and couldn’t sleep. This hotel is not clean, not quiet and definitely NOT SAFE. Women and families with kids please avoid at all costs. 史上最差五星级酒店（我从来都没写过差评，但这个实在太差了！） 房间又脏又吵：马桶上有头发，灯上都是灰，淋浴一开吱吱响。想退房不给退，想换房说已经是最安静的。大马路上的喇叭早上晚上都听得一清二楚。 更离谱的是安全问题！第一晚凌晨两点有人多次推门，第二晚三点半又有人敲门+推门！半夜被吓醒，根本不敢睡。作为女生我从来没住过这么恐怖的五星级酒店。带孩子的家庭，单独女性千万别来！

8.0To be fair, it's a great hotel. I especially enjoyed the massage chair they equiped. The only little disappointment I got is I was told the room was upgraded but wasn't able to find any difference.
