10.0I was hoping it would be a very nice place from the pictures I saw online. I was not at all disappointed, everything was wonderful, the room was so beautiful, very clean and the linens were so comfy. The area around the Inn is lovely, very walkable, with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

6.0I wasn’t greeted with their usual hospitality, and there were some issues for the first part of my stay. It got better after the first 24 hours, but I am no longer enthralled with the hotel.

8.0Beautiful place. But floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. Yuck. When I checked in, I was shown a beautiful dining room where breakfast would be served. But then, instead, it was served in a much more shabby room. Also, the included breakfast was quite skimpy. Extra charge for a real breakfast. (Also, I may be wrong, but I don’t think the word “potatoes” appears anywhere on the menu. Of course, you do serve potatoes - with a delicious omelette that I enjoyed, for example.)

10.0This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston. Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning. The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room.
