− Estrutura física:hotel velho,sem manutenção, pintura,portas descascadas e com ruídos,roupas de cama rasgadas,utensílios de café quebrados e lascados.Funcionarios barulhentos, camareiras desorganizadas com roupas de cama jogadas no corredor,apressando os hóspedes a sair logo do quarto para arrumar, café da manhã da mesma forma.Funcionarios repondo utensílios e lanches jogando na bancada e fazendo barulhos.Muito ruim. O hotel permanece do mesmo jeito sem manutenção desde qd inaugurou. Precisa tirar as estrelas de classificação e reduzir pra 30 % o valor da Diária.

9.0Localização excelente, funcionários muito bem treinados e um café da manhã muito bom.
− Existia algum tipo de vazamento no banheiro, o que fazia molhar os pés ao entrar. O quarto era no andar 1 e bem cedo o barulho do andar superior atrapalhou o descanso (som de cadeiras arrastando).
