10.0A limpeza do hotel e do apartamento foi um ponto muito importante. Impecável. Café da manhã muito bom. Almoçamos no hotel 2 dias e o restaurante é maravilhoso. Todos os funcionários do hotel bem cordiais, educados e muito atenciosos.

Minha opção de sempre em Uberlândia
8.0A localização é excelente (pertinho do shopping) e tem estacionamento coberto (sem custo). Os quartos são ótimos. O banheiro amplo. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Disponibilizam berço e banheirinha para o bebê. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Instalações são boas.
− A única parte que não gostei na estadia foi o pós, pois minha mãe esqueceu no quarto dela um casaco preto. Seguimos viagem até SP e só percebemos depois que ela tinha esquecido o casaco. Na volta da viagem, passamos por Uberlândia e fui até o hotel para verificar se tinha achado o casaco, mas como já era tarde a equipe da recepção não conseguiu me ajudar, pois os objetos perdidos ficam sob a guarda da governança. Me instruíram a entrar em contato no outro dia a partir das 10:00, pois é o horário que a responsável chega. No outro dia fui até o hotel novamente, já era 10:00, mas a responsável ainda não tinha chegado e a equipe da recepção não tem acesso ao achados e perdidos. Como eu tinha que seguir viagem, não podia ficar lá esperando a pessoa chegar, então pedi para anotarem meu contato para que a responsável me desse um feedback sobre o bem perdido e até hoje ninguém entrou em contato comigo.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.
