− Room was not finished , missing sheetrock over the refrig, missing tile on the floor around the island and kitchen cabinets. Wall patches not professionally done and looked a bit crude.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Clearwater beach that doesn’t “break the bank” I highly recommend By The Beac

We always enjoy staying at the Ebb Tide. That's why we keep coming back.
9.0Property does not provide breakfast. We love the location. We always stay at the former Ebb Tide when we come to Clearwater.

− This place is not what expected. It is run down and in need of some TLC. We picked it based on reviews and the fact that it said it had a washer in unit. There was not a washer in the unit, it was downstairs. The bathrooms weren’t clean and it is just overall not a great place for vacation. There is no elevator so if you are upstairs have fun carrying all your luggage. We picked apartment and what we received doesn’t match what we picked. The floor slopes I am not sure why! The master bedroom door does not lock or close, no privacy! I tried uploading a video but it won’t let me. For the price you can stay at a hotel directly on the beach. Also they charge a 159 dollar cleaning fee but leave you an envelope to give money to the cleaners.
