1.0Obsolutamente nada
− Al llegar a la habitación estaba inundada del aire acondicionado llegue a las 5pm. Y 5 veces se le tuvo que recordar para que subieran a limpiar y su solución solo fue poner toallas a las 10pm. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación despues de las 10pm y a las 12pm nos estaban marcando para abandonar la habitación, cuando tardaron 5 horas en solucionar los problemas de la habitación. La alberca súper sucia y la agua super turbia. No nos metimos por lo mismo. No habia agua caliente, xq se descompuso la caldera. Todos los cuartos estan en deterioro absoluto, no es la calidad de hotel que esperas y no pagas tan caro para que pasen todas estas cosas, es más no parece un Hilton. También la chica de la limpieza, en la habitación de a lado limpiando con la música súper fuertey cantando, ya estábamos despiertos pero si no fuera asi Y ese dia me quisiera despertar tarde ya me espanto mi sueño.
Un excelente hotel para visitar Veracruz y sus playas.
10.0Un lugar excelente para quedarse en la mejor zona de Veracruz y Boca del Rio, con una vista excelente y una playa tranquila y limpia. Recomendable para visitar en familia. El personal es amable y servicial. Cercano a puntos de interés, restaurantes, plazas, otras playas, etc.
