Nice hotel and staff in Lake Charles, LA
10.0Had an overnight stay here on a road trip back from Calif. I have to say that this was one of the nicest Hampton Inn we stayed at on a 3 week road trip with the best Front Desk Staff. We didn’t have a reservation but Anthony welcomed us as Hilton Honors Members. He was so friendly, polite and helpful with recommending local restaurants. He is a great representative of the Hilton Chain. He was training a young lady who was also very nice. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Even though this hotel is not located directly on I-10, it’s on the loop around Lake Charles, I’d stay here again when in the area.
Superb Customer Service
10.0Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We always choose to stay here when we visit Lake Charles. One of those reasons is because the staff is exceptional especially Rodney and Zina! They are so sweet, welcoming, and go above and beyond for us! Another reason we stay at this particular location is because the breakfast is always great! There’s several options to choose from and always served fresh and warm! Can’t wait to book another stay here!
