6.0리셉션 직원 불친절하고 기본적인 서비스 정신 없음. 밤 비행기라서 공항에서 들어오는 셔틀 예약했는데 공항 도착하니까 연락이 안됨. 그냥 공항에서 택시 타고 들어옴. 일부러 24시간 체크인 가능하다해서 여기 예약했는데 거의 일일 숙박비 추가 요구. 미리 멘션을 해줘야 하는 거 아니냐했더니 영어 못 알아 듣는다고 번역기 쓰라함. 위치는 괜찮음

2.0暖房が壊れていた。シャワーヘッドが取れて落ちた。気温マイナス10度とかの日に、少ししか出ないお湯がシャンプーの途中から水になって、氷水で全身をすすいだ。鍵の立て付けが悪いのか、鍵がスムーズにかからない。2月のウラジオストックなのに掛け布団が綿のもので薄くてペラペラで寒い。物凄く広い部屋で二人宿泊と間違えていたので、一人宿泊に変えてくださいと事前にメールしたが、ダメだと言われ、二人分払った。コンフォート何とかルームに泊まった。 あんまり酷すぎて、かえって可笑しくなって笑えた。 サバイバルゲームみたいだった。 2日泊まって14000円強。朝食なし。笑笑 また泊まりますかと聞かれたら、泊まりたい！ まさにロシアのホテル！あり得ない事を経験したい方は 泊まってみてください。 お部屋はアンティークでとっても素敵な外観と内装。

10.0積雪してたのみ関わらず、施設敷地内はこまめに雪はきをしてくれていて、積雪の中を歩くことはなかった。

8.02月に4泊5日で利用しました。 部屋は広く、快適に利用することができました。 何も言わずとも勝手に部屋をクリーニングしてくれてとても良かったのですが、 トイレは紙が流せず使用した紙を捨てるゴミ箱も蓋が付いていないので少し臭いがキツかったです。
