2.0We never got to stay, they wouldn't answer the phone, i couldn't confirm my reservation either. And expedia doesn't like the truth

4.0The hotel was not open to the public. It was overrun by illegal migrants. They even had a written sign that said that we do not accept reservations. Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one.

2.0The hotel is currently closed. No one is on the premises to check you in, no one responds to phone calls. They don't have rooms, the building looks trashy and disfunct. Broken down cars without tires in parking lot. They charged me for the reservation without ever talking to me and without providing a room. Hotels.com needed 2 days to reach a manager and they claim that it is my fault not to stay in the closed hotel without rooms.
