7.0My room (127) which was on the ground floor was spacious. The bed in the room was comfortable. The room was accessible and close to the pool. The pool was clean and pleasant. The restaurant is pleasant and Jeronica was delightful as a server. The blended fruit smoothies are particularly good as are the cocktails. Access to Onyx spa on site is great. The hotel is close to lots of other amenities.
− No one assisted me with my luggage from my room on departure. The chairs around the pool did not have umbrellas so you had to sit in the burning sun. The rooms are quite dated and need a little refurbishment. There was no complimentary water in the room which is not ideal in a hot country. As a solo female traveller I did not appreciate being put in a ground floor room with a weak lock and where members of the public could see directly into the room from the bar on one side and from the pool at the front. Service in the restaurant is variable. Servers are slow to acknowledge your presence, offer you a seat and/or take your order. There are somewhat limited healthy choices on the restaurant menu.
