9.0Hôtel très bien situé au bord du lac. Chambre splendide, décorée à la japonaise de façon très harmonieuse. Buffet du restaurant très varié et de grande qualité. Réception efficace.
− Dans mon cas, les articles de toilettes étaient fournis chaque matin, mais la chambre n'était pas nettoyée par les femmes de ménage. Cela m'a été indiqué clairement à mon arrivée, mais je l'ignorais auparavant.

− 部屋のテレビが各局映らなかった。トイレは狭く、流しのボタンも非常に使いずらかった。チェックアウト直前は、出ていけとばかりに部屋前廊下も掃除をはじめとても感じ悪かった。

8.0El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, la comida es excelente, el personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien, aunque estamos hablando de un gran Hotel que acoge a muchas personas a la vez, y eso hace que la cocina funcione todo el rato. En la segunda planta teníamos todo el rato olor a comida frita, y a veces era un poco desagradable. Por suerte el personal es encantador. Y los baños termales son excelentes

4.0הגענו ב 2:00 לאחר חצות בגלל גשם כבד שהביא לביטול 3 רכבות שהיתה לנו הזמנת מקומות בהן. האיש בדלפק הקבלה קיבל אותנו יפה
− בשעה עשר בבוקר קיבלנו טלפון לא נעים מהקבלה שעלינו לפנות את החדר מייד, וניסינו להסביר שרק התעוררנו בגלל ההגעה המאוחרת ולא התקבל בהבנה
