− We never stayed. We asked for a full refund once we saw/smelled the room. We were told not a problem, but we had to contact booking.com to get the refund. The property wouldn’t answer your email or phone calls nor my email or phone calls. I am told the manager has to handle the refund and every time I call, they say she isn’t there. This problem will never be resolved and we never even stayed there because of how unclean it was. Could you please help me with this matter??
I couldn’t stay there place was so trashed I only made it 2 hours and had to leave and get a different room

− Exposed electrical bugs everywhere open electrical outlets crackheads and bad people everywhere bullet holes and broken windows everywhere
