Awful--no OYO there now.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
1.0− The hotel has changed names it is no longer OYO its Suburban studios. I wasnt informed of this change til I attempted to check in. They had no reservation for me and my family.

1.0Not a thing, my reservation was cancelled with no notice an my card was charged for it. I want a refund
− How can you like or not like something if you don't stay there an they still take ur money
Cancelled my stay and did not refund my money.
1.0− They canceled my stay within 48 hours of the reservation, leaving me high and dry for a place to stay. They did not offer help in finding another place to stay. I have contacted them several times, but still have not received my money back. Booking contacted them, but it didn’t help, and they did not reimburse me either.

2.0The property is nothing like the pictures on Expedia and am surprised Expedia even list this. I checked out 4 days early and moved to another hotel. I have pictures and will be disputing this charge for a refund Bed comfort was unsatisfactory. There was decent food restaurants nearby
