Dear Purple Olive Guest House Team, I would like to offer my sincerest and most heartfelt apology for wrongly accusing your guest house and staff of stealing my cellphone and mobile Wi-Fi router. After arriving home, I discovered that both items had been in the pocket of my jacket the entire time. Realizing this, I was deeply embarrassed and immediately understood that my accusations were completely unfounded. I take full responsibility for my mistake. I know that my words may have caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and hurt to your staff, whose honesty and professionalism I unfairly questioned. For that, I am truly sorry. Please accept my sincere apologies for any trouble, concern, or damage my accusations may have caused. I regret not checking my belongings more carefully before reaching such a conclusion. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you will accept my apology. I wish you and your team all the very best for the future.
